You’re not failing. You’re just out of space.
Whether you’re a working mom or working dad, you’re ambitious about both your career and your family. You want to be the kind of parent your kids feel connected to and the kind of leader/tema member your team respects.
But some days, it feels like you’re running on empty, juggling more than anyone can see.
You’re holding it together on the outside. Inside, you’re craving a moment to breathe, a little space to reset, and a community that understands what it really means to balance work and family.
Parenting Camp™ is your virtual base camp.
No lectures. No judgment. No parenting manuals you’ll never finish.

What you will experience (this is not a course this is a transformative experience):
Weekly Live Group Sessions
Every Wednesday evening, gather ‘round our virtual campfire for real talk, grounding rituals, and the kind of honest connection that fills your tank.
This isn’t another “how-to” workshop; it’s your place to show up, be seen, and start fresh (no campfire songs required, unless you want them.)
Daily Pause Invitations
Every day, we’ll send you gentle nudges to pause and reconnect—like a friendly counselor reminding you to look up at the stars.
No pressure, no gold stars, no “shoulds”; just a moment to breathe, notice, and come back to what matters (even if the camp mess hall is chaos.)
Weekly Content - At your own pace
Our weekly guides aren’t about packing your backpack with more to-dos.
They’re about clearing space, lighting your lantern, and helping you find your way back to yourself, and the people you love most.
Integration Workshops
Monthly deep-dive sessions on topics relevant for the cohort; like “Boundaries without Guilt,” “Resetting after a hard day,” or “Presence in high-stress moments.” Practical, skills-building workshops that can be immediately applicable.
When parents make space to reset and build emotional resilience, they show up with more focus, presence, and purpose; in every role they play.
Making Space Means:
From surviving the day to rediscovering your way
Move from constant doing to meaningful being.
A safe space to exhale and reconnect
Experience inner spaciousness, not more pressure.
Grounded presence, not just productivity
Learn to regulate, reflect, and respond with awareness.
Deeper connection with your children and yourself
Build trust and wholeness at home, not just routines.
Permission to be imperfect
Let go of guilt and discover compassion for yourself.
Sustainable practices for real life
Carry tranquility and presence with you-long after camp ends.

Parenting Camp with Patricia and Hazel offered the unique opportunity for me to set aside time to reflect, learn and be in community with other working mothers seeking to grow in their parenting journey. Patricia and Hazel are amazing facilitators and together they invited us to reflect on our past, explore areas where we are stuck and listen to ourselves and our desires in parenting. They offered valuable materials, resources and learning activities to help the content come to life. Patricia and Hazel lead with joy, expertise and dedication as they seek to help us become the parents we hope to be!

I came to The Parenting Camp in a time of stress and uncertainty in my parenting journey. I have my own childhood trauma that I actively try not to bring to my parenting and Patricia and Hazel facilitated a space where I could address this in a safe group environment and learn and share with other mothers. I have a teenager and a 10 year and they are struggling with ADHD and OCD and through TPC I was able to give myself space and grace to work through these new phases of parenting. It was great to make space and time for myself so that I could connect with other mothers and recharge in order to bring the best version of myself to my daughters. Thank you Patricia and Hazel!

Parenting camp was an eye opening experience for me. It was great to meet other women in similar circumstances and learn from their experiences too. Through this course I also learned how to identify my triggers and tools I can use at home and at work that help me manage the situation better, allowing me to bring my best self to my kids at home and my team at work. Thanks so much Hazel and Paty! I am very grateful for all you taught me!
